- The name and relationship of a community leader who can vouch for you
- Your church or ministry affiliation and role there
- Your areas of interest within FAITH’s programs
- Details of any existing FAITH Links or FAITH Create account
Why We Collect It
We use this information to:
- Confirm you meet the program’s eligibility requirements (including that you are 18 or older)
- Verify your standing in your local community
- Set you up with access to FAITH Links, FAITH Create, and the private Ambassador WhatsApp community
- Communicate with you about the program, training, and FAITH’s wider work
- Understand where our Ambassadors are based and what they’re gifted toward, so we can support you appropriately
The Community Reference You Provide
The name and relationship of the leader you list is used internally to help us understand your standing in your community. We do not contact this person automatically or publish their details; if we ever do reach out to them, it will be with your knowledge.
How We Contact You
By registering, you agree to receive communications from FAITH by WhatsApp and email, including programme updates, training information, and occasional news about FAITH Links and FAITH Create. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out doesn’t affect your standing as an Ambassador; it only stops these communications.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your information is stored in FAITH’s customer relationship management system (FluentCRM), which is access-controlled to FAITH’s core team. It is not sold or shared with external third parties.
International Data Transfer
FAITH’s systems are based in the United Kingdom. If you are registering from Jamaica or another country with its own data protection laws, this means your information is transferred outside your country. We take appropriate steps to safeguard this transfer in line with applicable data protection law. If you have questions about this, contact us using the details below.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as you’re an active Ambassador, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain accurate program records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as set out below.
