For the past 2 months the word has been “Transition”. This month God has put it on my heart to tell you that in this transition, in this process, in this wilderness season God needs you to pass the test.
The Word of the Month of August is “Pass the Test”.
What is the test? It is the testing of your faith.
I have been studying the Book of Hebrews and in Hebrews 3:8 it says “on the day of testing in the wilderness, where your fathers put me to the test and saw my works for forty years”.
Israel was in the wilderness for forty years because of their unbelief of the word which God had spoken over them that they will take territory of the Land which God had promised them.
They were quick to not believe God because of the report they heard from their fellow Israelites of what they saw.
Who are you listening to?
Are you walking by faith or by sight?
Let the word of God be what you see. Change your perspective to match the vision of God upon your life.
The glory season is approaching, the celebration season is approaching, the fulfilment of God’s promise is on its way, but you’ve got to hold fast. Hold fast to His word, hold fast to His promise.
Don’t let your faith displease God and prevent you for walking in the promise God has for you.
Stop walking by sight and start walking by faith. Hebrews 11:6 says “Without faith it is impossible to please God”.
